Nurse Practitioner - Adult or Family Medicine

Nurse Practitioner in Adult or Family Medicine providing patient care in a fast-paced facility. Responsibilities include performing physical assessments, identifying health problems, developing and coordinating comprehensive health care plans, monitoring patient progress, ordering labs and procedures, making referrals, coordinating care and discharge/follow-up, facilitating teamwork among health care staff, and prescribing medications per state, federal, and organizational guidelines. Requires Master’s degree, NJ NP license, CDS, DEA, and CPR; bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Flexible schedule with both part-time and full-time opportunities; general daytime hours Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays and at least one late night per week.
