Nurse Practitioner | 7x7

Nurse Practitioner role in post-acute care facilities requiring advanced clinical coordination and leadership. Coordinate and deliver exceptional patient care, communicate effectively with nursing staff, collaborating physicians, and the Director of Nursing regarding patient care. Conduct patient rounds, write orders, and facilitate scheduling of therapeutic and diagnostic tests. Record daily visit notes in an EMR with dictation support; maintain accurate records related to professional services including billing reports and correspondence. Provide services as required by Universal Health and affiliated facilities. Requires NP license and DEA certification; one year of relevant experience preferred; nursing experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, hospitalist, or general practice is preferred.
