Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in urgent care with weekend shift coverage (8- or 15-hour options) in San Antonio, TX. Provides comprehensive, outpatient care for patients with acute/chronic conditions, including telehealth; delivers assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, and care coordination within a multidisciplinary team; maintains accurate EMR documentation; requires an unrestricted PA/NP license and DEA licensure eligibility; emphasis on high-level clinical expertise and strong communication skills. Sign-on bonus $5,000; minimum four weekend shifts per month; in-person care at San Antonio, TX location.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted PA or NP license in the state or the ability to obtain
- DEA licensure
- Knowledge of treatment and drug interactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
