Nurse Positions (RN/LPN)

RN/LPN positions at Cadia Healthcare to join our long-term care team. Responsibilities include directing nursing assistants, meeting with nursing staff to review resident care, performing rounds across shifts, admitting/transferring/discharging residents, completing documentation and incident reporting, ensuring medications and treatments are administered per orders, updating the electronic health record, coordinating with pharmacy, informing providers and next of kin as needed, and updating care plans to reflect resident goals and changes. Requires a current state nursing license (RN or LPN) and CPR certification. Experience in long-term care is desirable.
