Conduct outbound benefit verifications, coverage exception follow-ups, and appeals for insurance payer representatives while accurately documenting interactions. Manage assigned patient cases throughout the journey, performing timely escalations, tracking, and triage as required. Maintain Subject Matter Expert knowledge of assigned brands and customer workstreams to respond promptly to inquiries via phone, chat, fax, SMS, mail, and email. Collaborate with suppliers based on current SLAs to meet expected agent productivity targets. Requires an active PHRN license, good English communication skills, and knowledge of healthcare regulations. Shifts are predominantly night with a shifting schedule, starting January 19, 2026, in Ortigas.
