Nurse PCU I

Conduct comprehensive care for chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions, while administering medications with precision and managing biophysical, psychosocial, and self-care data. Formulate nursing diagnoses, implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians and families, and perform critical assessments to support patient recovery. Work within an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Core schedule includes Week 1 Sunday and Weeks 2 Monday and Friday. The role requires an Oregon RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification, with a preference for PCU/ICU experience.
