Job Summary
RN or LPN needed for outpatient behavioral health nursing services for pediatric through adult clients; perform intake and interview, obtain vitals, conduct lab tests, document physical status, prepare records for providers, and serve as liaison to providers and care teams. Collaborate to create and assess patient management policies, facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals, and communicate with agencies and facilities under the direction of a physician or nurse practitioner. Emphasizes compassionate, respectful care and adherence to ethical standards, with a focus on delivering clinical nursing services in an outpatient mental health setting.
Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted State nursing license
- Registered Nurse Certification Or Licensed Practical Nurse Certification
- Strong preference given for your experience in an outpatient mental health setting
- 2 Years nursing experience preferred.
