Job Summary

Supervise clinical teams in a free-standing outpatient facility managing patient care from minor treatments to acute illness. Perform meaningful growth meetings with RNs and PCCs, generate fair clinical staff schedules, and oversee equipment, inventory, and medication disposal. Conduct chart audits, room turnover audits, and hand washing reviews while maintaining quality standards and updating protocols. Coordinate training for providers, lab teams, and radiology techs, represent the facility during regulatory surveys, and ensure workflow efficiency. Manage employee health initiatives including TB testing and vaccine administration. Act as a resource for staff and support the Facility Leader in their absence.

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree
Minimum 5 years nursing experience with 3 of those years in Emergency Medicine
Active Florida RN License
Must be successfully credentialed within each facility through the routine privilege and credential process
ACLS and PALS certifications
Must be able to successfully pass a background and drug test
Proficiency with Windows-based computers and common programs such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other electronic communication
Great positive communication skills (including the ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English)
Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Able to perform the duties expected for an active role in a busy medical environment (standing, walking, teaching, public speaking, pulling, pushing, lifting, etc.)
Able to stand and work up to a 12-hour shift in the facility
Ability to travel between local facilities (50-mile radius) to cover shifts as requested
Advanced English is required
Must be able to travel to multiple locations for work (i.e. travel to attend meetings, events, conferences). Occasionally (1-33% of time on the job)
Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, or other equipment
