Nurse On-Call RN or LPN

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications and treatments per physician orders, and monitor effectiveness. Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of items per policy. Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notify the Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant resident condition changes, then take follow-up action as necessary. Maintain a courteous attitude toward all residents, families, and staff while performing additional duties as required.
