Nurse

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments during client intake to aid treatment plan development, administer medications per physician orders, and collect and review lab reports. Monitor client behaviors and complaints, report findings to the Medical Director, and assist with crisis interventions and immediate problem solving. Update treatment plans weekly, maintain clean station environments, ensure medication and record security, and complete accurate daily documentation. Provide shift coverage including 12-hour PRN night shifts, manage shift hand-offs, and assist with discharge planning. Maintain relationships with clinical providers and vendors while adhering to all medical intervention policies.
