Job Summary
Facilitate exemplary patient care by interfacing with care teams to ensure seamless treatment from admission through outpatient follow-up. Effectively communicate with physicians and community providers to optimize service scheduling and coordinate care with nursing, physical therapy, pharmacy, and social work. Assist in developing comprehensive Spine Surgery programs while maintaining Dashboards/Scorecards for key service line metrics. Review patient diagnoses and medical histories to discuss treatment responses with referring physicians and obtain written progress reports. This role supports the Ortho and Spine Center of Excellence, requiring a BSN and Washington RN license. Candidates must complete specific orientation on orthopedic and spine care pathways and participate in annual education training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN)
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington OR holding a multistate Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license
- Minimum of 3 years full-time work experience in healthcare
- Experience with direct customer service
- Computer Skills
