Job Summary
Remote, full-time RN Nurse Navigator in Pager Health's Telehealth Command Center. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and virtual care via live messaging, video, phone, and/or email; documenting in EMR; applying clinically validated triage protocols; coordinating lab orders, prescriptions, radiology tests, and other aspects of patient care; troubleshooting technology with patients; optimizing the patient call center experience; and participating in projects to improve the telemedicine experience. Requirements include an active RN license (compact, unencumbered), minimum ADN, 2+ years of clinical hospital experience (ICU/ER highly preferred), and strong communication, multitasking, and tech-savviness. Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus. For CO, NV, and NY employment, pay ranges from $35.00–$37.00 per hour plus shift differentials. Remote work setup with a 4-day week (rotating days) and every other weekend required.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (compact, unencumbered) in the state of residence
- Minimum of Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- 2+ years of clinical hospital experience (ICU or ER highly preferred)
- Bilingual and able to communicate in English and Spanish is a major plus
