Nurse Navigator - Neurosurgery

Oversee and address patient clinical inquiries while working closely with the Practice Administrator, providers, and staff to ensure clinical efficiency, quality patient care, and an excellent patient experience. Communicate clearly and openly, build relationships to promote a collaborative environment, and remain accountable for your performance. Always look for ways to improve the patient experience, take initiative for professional growth, and stay engaged in building a winning team. This role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Administration, current state licensure, and BLS/ACLS certifications within 90 days. The Nurse Navigator supports Methodist Medical Group's neurosurgery services within the North Texas physician organization affiliated with Methodist Health System.
