Conduct patient advocacy and education throughout the continuum of care, including pre- and post-hospitalization. Work with physicians to identify and carry out treatment plans, serving as a resource for patients, families, and referring professionals. Facilitate clinical protocols established by the Medical Director while assisting in diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation processes. This safety-sensitive role requires constant alertness and is open to RNs with less than two years of experience.
