Nurse Medical unit full time nights

Registered Nurse responsibilities on a Medical unit with Neuro and Cardiac ICU focus: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care; develop and document plans of care; supervise non-RN personnel on the unit; function as Charge Nurse; demonstrate neuro assessment, airway management, and endotracheal/tracheostomy care; manage airway and ventilator needs; collaborate with healthcare team; provide education and ensure readiness for discharge; perform other duties to ensure smooth unit operation; adhere to unit policies and performance expectations.
