Job Summary
Respond to job-related medical emergencies and provide onsite treatment to sick or injured workers. Recommend additional or specialized medical treatment when necessary and contact EMS as required. Promote and maintain worker health and wellness by identifying hazards, recommending exposure reductions, and conducting training for first aid, safety, and CPR. Maintain all records, logs, and files as required. This domestic role requires an Associate degree in Nursing, an RN designation, and a minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing or urgent care setting. Candidates must administer medical aid in emergency situations and work effectively under high pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing
- Registered nurse (RN) designation
- State nursing license
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company or an urgent care/emergency department setting
- Ability to administer medical aid in emergency situations
- Extensive knowledge of nursing principles and procedures
- Extensive knowledge of workplace hazards and safety risks
- Maintains current knowledge of industrial safety and medical best practices
- Ability to work in high pressure situations and remain calm in medical emergencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Domestic role
