Nurse Manager - Surgery

Manage unit activities, workflow, and nursing resources while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Conduct hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluation of staff. Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care delivery by developing policies that guarantee efficient health services. Monitor and adhere to the department budget, approving expenditures and purchases to ensure compliance with guidelines. Maintain constant alertness and safety in a surgical environment. Perform other duties as assigned.
