Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, and staffing for the Short Stay Unit while managing care delivery for nearly 80 FTEs. Coordinate and evaluate patient care, delegate activities to team members, and ensure 24/7 accountability for services. Develop strategic plans, support outcomes management, and collaborate with directors and stakeholders to implement operational goals. Review operations against business requirements and marketplace trends to advance clinical practice and patient care quality.
Required Qualifications
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
- Current Michigan License
- Three years of clinical nursing or unit-level leadership experience
