Job Summary
Coordinate nursing staff competency and education, manage unit-specific PI activities, and oversee daily unit operations in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act of Arkansas and Dardanelle Regional Medical Center policies. Demonstrate commitment to teamwork through effective collaborative efforts while adhering to safety-sensitive position standards under Act 593 of the State of Arkansas. Requires current unencumbered Arkansas RN license, BSN, three years of clinical experience, and one year of Charge Nurse experience, with Board Certification obtained within two years of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Arkansas
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Professional Board Certification
- Three (3) years clinically related experience
- One (1) year Charge Nurse experience
