Job Summary
Nurse Manager overseeing nursing operations in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities include leading, training, and evaluating nursing staff and medical assistants, ensuring compliance with clinical quality measures, infection control, and regulatory standards, supporting provider productivity (18–21 patients per provider per day), overseeing patient flow and care coordination, monitoring performance metrics, conducting audits, leading quality improvement efforts, and maintaining exceptional customer service using the AIDET model. Qualifications include an active RN license in Washington State (LPNs considered with equivalent experience), ambulatory care supervisory experience preferred, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, and BLS/CPR certification or within 90 days of hire. Occasional travel to other clinic sites may be required. Starting wages provided for RN between $84,470 and $92,444.35 annually, with comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.
