Job Summary
Nurse Manager (RN) leads nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), ensures resident-centered care, oversees staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management, maintains survey readiness and regulatory compliance, and collaborates with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support a high-quality clinical environment. Requires an active SD or Compact RN license, 2 years of nursing leadership experience in SNF/LTC preferred, EHR experience, CPR certification, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active unencumbered South Dakota or Compact RN license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience (SNF/LTC preferred)
- EHR experience
- current CPR certification
- Strong understanding of skilled nursing regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
