Nurse Manager (RN)

Audit EMR records, assessments, progress notes, and admissions input while overseeing care plan changes and ensuring unit compliance with federal, state, and company standards. Supervise nursing staff, counsel team members, and address family concerns to maintain high-quality care. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and physicians to plan resident care, complete admission and discharge assessments, and adjust patient care plans as needed. Sunday-Thursday shift for Nurse Manager; Tuesday-Saturday for Audit Nurse. Requires RN licensure, PCC proficiency, and two years of healthcare facility experience.
