Nurse Manager (RN) - Gray Birch Long-Term Care Unit

Nurse Manager (RN) leading the nursing team in a Gray Birch Skilled Rehabilitation & Long-Term Care Facility. Oversees clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care; develops and evaluates departmental goals, staff performance, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, vendor relations, and quality of patient care in coordination with residents, families, physicians, and other departments; requires strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Licensed RN in Maine is required; prior leadership in long-term care preferred. Day shift, full-time schedule; $20,000 sign-on bonus potential for experienced nurses; minimum 30 hours per week; exempt position.
