Nurse Manager (RN) - Adult Psych

Manage activities, workflow, and nursing resources for assigned units while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Conduct hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluation of staff. Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care delivery by developing policies that ensure efficient service. Monitor budgets, approve expenditures, and collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Leader to develop staff progression programs. Systematically evaluate quality, safety, and outcomes to implement practice innovations. Provide 24-hour leadership accountability for quality, financial, and service benchmarks. Requires BSN with MSN preferred, two years clinical experience, and leadership experience. Full-time role at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Westport.
