Nurse Manager - Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time Day Shift

Assign staff according to policies and ensure equal distribution of duties while completing rounds to assess residents and care needs. Manage direct patient care using sound nursing judgment, delegate responsibilities as defined by policy, and document all plans, interventions, and teaching relevant to health care needs. Report concerns to appropriate staff members and the Director of Nursing in a timely manner, receiving reports from charge nurses and completing shift reports. Empower staff by promoting responsibility, accountability, and autonomy, while developing measurable goals and maintaining clinical competence to assess physical, spiritual, psychological, and emotional needs. Monitor pharmacy recommendations monthly and complete QAPI activities.
