Nurse Manager - Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time Day Shift

Assign staff according to policies to ensure equal distribution of duties and complete rounds to assess residents and care needs. Report concerns to appropriate staff and receive reports from assigned charge nurses while completing shift reports for the Director of Nursing. Manage staff, discipline as necessary, and empower team members by promoting responsibility and autonomy. Direct and manage direct patient care using sound nursing judgment, develop measurable staff goals, and implement resident/family teaching relevant to health care needs. Demonstrate clinical competence to assess physical, spiritual, psychological, and emotional needs, maintain knowledge of emergency procedures, and complete monthly QAPI.
