Nurse Manager - Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time (8am - 4:30pm)

Assign staff according to policies to ensure equal distribution of duties and complete rounds to assess residents and care needs. Report concerns to appropriate staff and receive reports from charge nurses while completing shift reports for the Director of Nursing. Manage direct patient care using sound nursing judgment, document plans professionally, and implement resident/family teaching relevant to health care needs. Empower staff by promoting responsibility, accountability, and autonomy, while developing measurable goals and maintaining clinical competence in physical, spiritual, and emotional assessments. Complete monthly QAPI and monitor pharmacy recommendations, ensuring standards of patient care are utilized and appropriate interventions are requested when necessary.
