Nurse Manager - Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time (8am - 4:30pm)

Assign staff according to policies to ensure equal distribution of duties and complete rounds to assess residents and care needs. Report concerns to appropriate staff and receive reports from charge nurses while completing shift reports for the Director of Nursing. Manage and discipline staff as necessary, empowering them with responsibility and accountability to enhance resident care. Direct patient care using sound nursing judgment, develop measurable staff goals, and document plans appropriately. Review and revise care plans with charge nurses, implement resident teaching, and maintain clinical competence in assessing physical, spiritual, and emotional needs. Complete monthly QAPI and monitor pharmacy recommendations.
