Nurse Manager Progressive Care Unit

Manages the daily operations of UCHealth's Progressive Care Unit in Greeley, overseeing staffing, scheduling, budgets, and vendor relations while ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include developing departmental goals aligned with organizational objectives, managing staff performance and satisfaction, coordinating care with patients, physicians, and other departments, and overseeing procurement and maintenance of systems and supplies. Requires a BSN, RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, plus at least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting. Onsite role with day shift in Greeley, CO.
