Nurse Manager (Primary Care)

PMC Nurse Manager will plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations within an assigned clinic/department to ensure quality patient care, filling in the RN role as needed. The role supports primary care operations in Sanford and Pinehurst North locations. Responsibilities include supervising nursing duties, leading staff in accordance with regulations and clinic policies, developing and communicating a plan of care to patients, assisting in staff selection, training, monitoring, and evaluation, supervising RN/LPN/CMA and other support staff, maintaining patient flow and workflow, and participating in quality improvement efforts. The position requires licensure as a Registered Nurse in NC, BLS/CPR certification, and relevant clinical/ambulatory nursing and supervisory experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, regulatory compliance, patient education, and collaboration with physicians to deliver high-quality care. The combination of leadership, clinical oversight, and project participation forms the core duties of this role.
