Job Summary
Lead a specific unit as the standard bearer for clinical and business outcomes, managing human, material, and financial resources while promoting shared governance and relationship-based care. Serve as the chief retention and safety officer, utilizing data and evidence to mitigate risks, uphold safety standards, and foster collaboration with physicians, staff, and departments. Drive operational excellence by developing budgets, implementing change management strategies, and ensuring compliance with licensure, regulatory, and accreditation standards. Model professional practice and ethics to recruit, retain, and coach a diverse leadership team toward achieving organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Nursing
- Masters Nursing Preferred
- BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor or BLS - Basic Life Support
- RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact or RN - Reg Nurse (Single State)
- Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in nursing management required
