Job Summary
Lead a perinatal unit as a registered nurse manager, providing leadership and management to promote clinical and business outcomes through shared governance and resource deployment. Serve as chief retention and safety officer, analyzing financial data to reduce waste, managing operational budgets, and proactively mitigating risks via evidence-based decision-making. Foster interdisciplinary collaboration by coaching staff, resolving conflicts, and implementing change management strategies to enhance patient-centered care delivery. Uphold professional standards by ensuring compliance with licensure, accreditation, and ethical requirements while championing service line advancement and community representation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Nursing
- Masters Nursing Preferred
- BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor or BLS - Basic Life Support
- RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact or RN - Reg Nurse (Single State)
- Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in nursing management required
