Job Summary
Nurse Manager for Perinatal unit responsible for leadership and management of a clinical unit, ensuring recruitment/retention of staff, safety and quality standards, and optimal clinical and business outcomes. Oversees financial and material resource deployment, applies lean and quality-improvement methods, fosters interdisciplinary teamwork, promotes staff competency in clinical care, drives change management, supports professional development, ensures compliance with licensure and ethics standards, and represents the organization positively to the community.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Nursing
- Masters Nursing Preferred
- All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
- BLS - Basic Life Support - Instructor or BLS - Basic Life Support
- RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact or RN - Reg Nurse (Single State)
- Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in nursing management
