Nurse Manager - Pediatric Cancer and Blood Disorders & Transplant Cellular Therapies Clinic

Nurse Manager will provide clinical and operational oversight for the ambulatory Pediatric Cancer/Blood Disorders and Bone Marrow Transplant programs, as well as Pediatric Neurology, across Charlotte Campus locations. Leads and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and supports Nurse Navigators, Clinic Nurses, and nursing support staff in a hospital-based clinic environment that adheres to regulatory, accreditation, and evidence-based practice standards. Responsible for recruitment and retention, staff orientation and credentialing, performance evaluation, and professional development; oversees quality improvement, budgetary oversight, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality pediatric care. The role includes delivering clinical care as needed, ensuring patient and family education effectiveness, participating in performance improvement activities, and upholding shared governance and professional practice standards. The position requires a professional nursing leadership foundation with strong clinical expertise in pediatric oncology/hematology, bone marrow transplantation, and related cellular therapies, and a commitment to advancing patient outcomes in a high-volume, multidisciplinary setting.
