Job Summary
Nurse Manager leads clinical governance and oversight for Draycott Nursing & Care in London, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care aligned with CQC standards. Oversees clinical assessments, care planning, risk management, documentation, audits, incident investigations, and assurance activities. Serves as senior clinical contact for clients and families; provides leadership, supervision, and CPD support to the nursing team; supports onboarding and service development; requires an active NMC registration and a Nursing degree with substantial clinical leadership experience. The role reports to the Registered Manager and manages two Clinical Nurse Liaisons, with a focus on governance, safety, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (Adult) with active NMC registration
- Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) and ongoing CPD
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong skills in assessment, care planning, and risk management
- Knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, IPC, and medication management
- Experience in clinical leadership, supervision, and decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
