Job Summary
Designated leader for the PACU & Same Day Surgery nursing area with 24-hour responsibility for patient care activities, unit operation, and staff function. As such, he/she has 24-hour responsibility and accountability for all patient care activities, unit operation, and staff function within the PACU & Same Day Surgery department on Days shift in Englewood Health. The role requires clinical PACU expertise, nursing leadership, regulatory compliance, and oversight of staff performance to ensure high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- BSN required
- Master's required or matriculation in a Master's program
- Current NJ RN License
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- Specialty Certification
- Minimum 4 years PACU experience
- 2 years nursing managerial experience preferred
