Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily operations of AVH Outpatient Clinics as Nurse Manager; provide personnel management, staff relations, and ensure safe, efficient patient care with budget focus; acts as care coordinator and advocate for clinical excellence in line with AVH Core Values.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- At least five years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- PREFERRED: Bachelor's (BSN) or Master's (MSN) in Nursing; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); at least two years of nursing leadership experience; EPIC experience; bilingual in Spanish is preferred
