Job Summary
Lead a team of 20-25 staff members and support continued growth across Medical Oncology services. Drive exceptional patient, staff, and operational outcomes by developing, implementing, and evaluating care consistent with strategic plan goals. Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify practice improvements and work with multidisciplinary teams to exceed customer expectations. Maintain clinical competencies as needed for clinic staffing. Accountable for employee engagement and retention while modeling leadership competencies including professionalism and independent judgment.
