Job Summary
Nurse Manager of Cardiac Cath Lab leads unit operations and staffing to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. Oversees daily functions, ensures compliance with policies and procedures, coaches and develops staff, and drives talent strategy to meet clinical and organizational objectives. Responsibilities include identifying development opportunities, providing coaching and training, and building a competitively superior organization by attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining skilled staff while maintaining focus on patient safety and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
- 1+ years applicable experience Required
- Current license to practice professional registered nursing in the state of Texas
