Job Summary
Lead daily function and staffing of the Cardiac Cath Lab to ensure high-quality, patient-centered nursing care. Foster staff development through coaching, training, and feedback; align staffing and performance with organizational vision and objectives; attract, develop, engage, and retain talent to meet business needs. Demonstrate leadership in evidence-based practices, quality and clinical outcomes improvement, and adherence to policies/procedures within the hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
- Current license to practice professional registered nursing in the state of Texas
- 1+ years applicable experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
