Nurse Manager Observation Unit

Organize and supervise staff, manage departmental budgets and schedules, and oversee payroll and equipment for the 29-bed Observation Unit. Implement hospital policies and standards of care while providing leadership through communication and relationship-building with a provider team supporting patients for less than 24 hours. Manage clinical operations for cases including chest pain, cardiac arrhythmias, heart catheterizations, laparoscopic cholecystectomies, UTIs, and DVTs. Requires a BSN or MSN, three years nursing experience, and one year of charge nurse or supervisory experience.
