Nurse Manager - NICU

Nurse Manager of NICU at Medical City Dallas/HCA Healthcare leads all department functions, prioritizes patient safety in the NICU environment, and coordinates across care settings. Responsibilities include managing personnel, payroll, budget and business plans; supervising and developing staff; building collaborative practice with the healthcare team; ensuring age- and developmentally appropriate care for neonates up to 2 years; and driving NICU-specific initiatives and process improvements in alignment with ANA Standards of Care and Standards of Professional Practice. The role also requires liaison work with hospital, community, and physician relationships to support continuity of care.
