Job Summary
Nurse Manager (Neuro MedSurg) leads the Neurology Surgical nursing unit, overseeing patient care delivery, staff supervision and professional development, and collaboration to ensure compliance with nursing standards and organizational policies. Responsible for managing costs, fostering a positive work environment, mentoring staff, and contributing to policy and procedure implementation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, current Texas RN license (or compact state license), and BLS certification; minimum of 3 years of acute care unit management experience. Demonstrated leadership, delegation, and interdisciplinary communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
