Job Summary
Implement management and clinical activities as a registered nurse who functions as a patient care provider, supervisor, and clinical resource for staff. Coordinate clinical activities to ensure the nursing process is operationalized utilizing Standards of Care/Standards of Practice, ensuring patient care provision consistent with department, hospital, and regulatory standards. Requires a current Massachusetts RN license, BLS, and ACLS, with a minimum of three to five years clinical experience and some telemetry experience preferred. Full-time position with a salary range of $113,500.00 to $164,500.00.
Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Minimum of three to five years clinical experience
- Analytical abilities necessary to organize, supervise and evaluate the work of others
- Develop, interpret, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures and standards
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written multilingual skill (beyond that of English) in languages appropriate to the patient populations served by the Hospital
- Proficiency with standard software programs used in healthcare (such as MS Word, Outlook) and web browsers, patient registration systems and electronic medical record
- Background check completion

Desired Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate nursing program (BSN)
- Charge nurse or supervisory experience
- Some telemetry experience
