Nurse Manager Med-Surg Unit

Manage daily operations of the Med/Surg Unit, B3 South, by advocating and allocating resources to promote efficient, effective, safe, and compassionate nursing care. Integrate clinical, human resource, and financial data to support decision-making while ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards. Promote research and integrate evidence-based practice into clinical, operational, and leadership processes. Maintain current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing and hold national certification in a specialty area within one year of accepting the role. This role requires a minimum of five years of recent nursing experience, including two years in relevant clinical hospital experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
