Nurse Manager - Med/Surg & Telemetry

Manage all nursing service functions within Med/Surg and Telemetry departments with 24-hour administrative responsibility. Supervise, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care delivery while developing departmental plans for performance improvement and regulatory compliance. Directly oversee and evaluate all assigned personnel, effectively utilizing nursing staff and time responsibilities. Communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and administration through written and verbal channels. Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications alongside a valid RN license and BSN degree.
