Job Summary
Nurse Manager for Med/Surg unit in Grovetown, GA. Leads unit operations, personnel management, budgeting, and quality/safety initiatives. Responsible for governance, staff development, retention, and ensuring compliance with licensure, accreditation, and organizational standards. Requires RN license with BSN and onboarding experience; Masters preferred. Day shift for Wellstar Health System in Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- Masters Nursing-Preferred
- RN license (Georgia)
- BLS - Basic Life Support - Instructor or BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support
- RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact or RN - Reg Nurse (Single State)
- Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in nursing management
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building abilities
