Job Summary
Nurse Manager to lead and mentor the care staff in delivering person-centered care at Mary’s Woods, a not-for-profit Life Plan/Continuing Care Retirement Community. Responsibilities include maintaining regulatory compliance, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, participating in care conferences, overseeing resident assessments and admissions, communicating performance expectations, promoting staff growth through coaching and formal education in clinical skills, quality and safety, being visible across shifts through rounding and staff engagement, and conducting incident investigations with root-cause analysis when indicated. Requires an unencumbered RN or LPN license in Oregon, CPR and First Aid certification within three months of hire, and at least two years of management experience.
