Nurse Manager - Main Operating Room

Lead daily operations of a complex, high-volume surgical services department, developing staffing plans and resource allocation to support patient care needs. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement while monitoring metrics and implementing evidence-based practices. Partner with interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflow and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Recruit, develop, and retain a highly engaged perioperative team, aligning departmental goals with strategic plans. Provide 24-hour leadership and accountability for the Main Operating Room at a Level I Trauma Center and Burn Center featuring 27 operating rooms.
