Nurse Manager - Main Operating Room

Lead daily operations of a complex, high-volume surgical services department with 24-hour leadership and accountability for the Main Operating Room. Develop staffing plans, schedules, and resource allocation to support patient care needs while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve workflow, remove barriers, and enhance care delivery. Monitor quality metrics, implement evidence-based practices, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a highly engaged perioperative team while aligning departmental goals with organizational strategic plans. Manage a Level I Trauma Center and Burn Center featuring 27 operating rooms providing care to patients of all ages.
